wonderful product but.... Baby Trend is a TERRIBLE company!

We have an expedition and have used it for 2 and a half years and loved every minute of it untill we had a tire explode as we were airing it up (we figured we accidently did something wrong, that isn't the problem!) But when the tire popped it bent the rim so badly that we knew we just needed a new one (not just a tire or tube) so we contacted the company and provided all the info they needed and we were then contacted by a customer service rep who asked for the info again and acted like we didn't give it to them to start with (so we gathered all the info again) and then he informed us that they don't have the parts and we have to get on a waiting list! He said as soon as they get some they will give everyone a call so we could order them on a first come first served basis! So more or less if your product is broken they make you wait around for what is more or less an auction and you have to rush to get your parts and if you don't get one then it seems you are out of luck and have to wait for another "auction". We will be giving the stroller to goodwill and we will inform them and if they want they can wait for the part. We will now be searching for a new stroller with a better company. So folks don't be fooled their products look GREAT and seem awesome, but customer service..... well let's just say I would pay twice as much for a product just like this if the company was better!

Unsightly Pattern hidden

What you can't see here is that there is this rather appalling pattern located underneath the "canopy" that many might find repulsive. It doesn't match an idk why they would ruin this stroller by using this fabric. The pictures show a swatch of it on the top of the stroller view only. It stands out and it a deal breaker on wanting this patter or not (to me anyway)
